Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 September 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using alignedmomentum.co.nz, our client portal, the EnlightenMe app, or purchasing our 8-Week AI & Mindfulness online course (together, the "Services"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Privacy for the EnlightenMe app specifically is covered by the EnlightenMe App Privacy Policy.
2. What we offer
Aligned Momentum provides AI governance advisory and corporate cognitive-performance consulting, a client portal for tracking programme progress, and a self-paced online course covering practical AI skills and evidence-based mindfulness. Course content unlocks one module a week, for eight weeks, from your date of purchase or programme start.
3. Your account and access
- Portal access is personal to you — sign-in is by a single-use email link or a password you set yourself. Don't share your access with anyone else.
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in link and any password confidential.
- We may suspend or revoke access if we reasonably believe an account is being shared, resold, or otherwise misused.
4. Payment
The online course is a one-time payment in New Zealand dollars, processed securely by Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive access to Week 1 immediately, with each further week unlocking on its scheduled date. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
5. Intellectual property
All course content — text, structure, exercises, images, and audio — is the property of Aligned Momentum. Purchasing the course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials without our written permission.
6. Not professional advice
Our course content is educational. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it isn't a substitute for professional care. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your country. Use of any AI tool discussed in the course remains your own responsibility, including verifying its outputs before relying on them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aligned Momentum is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes to the Services or these terms
We may update course content, these terms, or the Services generally from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the update.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, regardless of where you access the Services from.
